which allows me to not gain weight. I stopped growing at 14 and still wear the same size clothes. Eating a balanced diet helps - I find a pie & chips in each hand is balanced enough!
No seriously, I have kids, so I have to make the effort to eat a proper healthy diet. I also don't ever sit still - even at work I fidget constantly. Not having a car helps - in winter I only walk as far as the bus stop, but at least it's walking!
My colleague has just achieved her target weight after three years and losing more than I actually weigh. She swears by drinking a half pint of water before eating so you feel full sooner. The bonus of this is you get more exercise running back and forward to the toilet!
