I used to be thin as a rake, but after breaking my leg and being in a cast for 15 weeks, I put a fair bit of weight on (parents taking care of me :p).
As a result, my metabolism plummeted, and it took a long time to even build the muscle in my leg back. I try to eat healthy at times, and maintained a steady diet and exercise regime for 6 months, but saw absolutely no change.
Which depressed me, and I turned to pizza :p
