I'm a bit anal about the colour schemeI like all my friends' names in green, so when they return to blue after a while I have to click on their names again, but not necessarily reading their profile again if I have done so already. All green friends is nice and orderly in my head.
Other than that, if someone's being a tosser I might check their profile to see if the tosserness is consistent. Then they show up in green which is incongruous with my fluffeh friends so I have to ignore the tossers - just to keep things neat.
