Absolutely file the complaint.

I left a job (coz my boss was an evil wanker), and he 1) refused to pay my last month's wage because I'd taken the last DAY of my notice period off (because I had 9 days' frickin holiday left to me). Then demanded I repay some £3k worth of studying fees from him putting me through a year of studying, which, once I left the job (because of him - I LOVED my job!!) would have been totally useless....

Long and short I wrote a 22 page constructive dismissal complaints letter, with over 40 email attachments to back up my claims.

He must have spent in the region of £3k on professional law advice (oh, it was a law firm anyway), to be told to leave me well alone and hope that I didn't bring any case against him because he didn't stand a chance of winning it.

I never got my last month's wage, but boy was the satisfaction he paid out soooo much more over it a good feeling. And I've not heard from him since.



Evil bosses should all get what they deserve.
