No details as of yet, they have just said they want it uniform. Nobody will see it, but allowing us to personalise our workstations leads to a more relaxed atmosphere, even if it's only a little.

I don't see how removing this tiny liberty adds anything to the company. It just reeks to me of a middle manager justifying his job by making quantifiable minor changes.
