hell, as long as the people don't act on violently or abusively on itthen they can do whatever job they want and be a BNP member.
beliefs shouldn't be illegal, but I don't think that is the issue here, it's whether it is appropriate to have the listed people working where they do. which is up to their employer.
I, for example, wouldn't employ a hindu in my steakhouse, just wouldn't be appropriate
