DokI just got a taper to take me from 5mm to 6mm, a couple of 6mm flare eyelet tunnels for work, and as a treat, a couple of 6mm acrylic horns to see if I suit them.
I might stretch higher than 6mm, but it was my first stopping point to see if I like them :)
I have GPS on my phone, so I'm sure I'll find the pub without looking too much like a tourist ;)
