Much as I enjoy watching Doctor WhoI don't watch much telly otherwise, and very few films, so I have no idea who most of these people are that you're talking about.
But I do think David Tennant is the best Doctor in the history of the series. He's even overtaken Tom Baker in my estimation. He'll be a hard act to follow.
