vpntunnel.co.ukI used this when i was in the US. The customer service is shit, in fact the whole org is a bloke called Jan and its a tenner a month, but the service works. It terminates in the UK. Well at least it did for me, and it worked. Gaz me if you want to know more. There would be nothing to stop the BBC blocking their IP's though.
The BBC are pretty shit hot at blocking. I'm in manchester now, and last week they blocked me as I was coming from a foreigny IP. I checked, and sure enough my IP was showing as dutch. I released/renewed and it changed.
