My landlady just had me in tearscos I'm a soft bastard.
I've just given her a knock to pay my rent for this week and when I offered her the cash she waved it away and said 'Merry Christmas, and know how proud I am of you for getting things sorted.'
Then she hugged me.
I'm in pieces right now.
