The only solution to itwill be to let them all kill each other, as that seems to be what they most desire to do.
If I were King Of The World, I would cordon off the Middle East and order that anyone crossing either in or out would be killed without any questions asked. I would then wait fifty years, the go deal with whoever is left. Hopefully by then the crazies will have all killed each other, and whoever is left will be the sane ones who had the sense to hide. If they aren't- close 'em back up again for another fifty years.
