They started out promising..
..then found their money-making niche in 80s easy listening disguised as edgy new-wave trendiness. Like redneck Chris de Burghs. Shame. I like them when they were mostly in their teens. Perhaps it was a case of too much, too young.

And that song irrtates the crap out of me. There's are a few songs that get me whacking they hell out of the off button on the radio and that is one of them.

Although I might now put on my vinyl copy of their early single "the bucket" to see if it still stands up.
