I think that whatever you are feeling is ok - it may be painful, but try not to be too hard on yourself. There is no logic to emotions. So no right/wrong. Everyone is different. Just be honest with yourself and try not to be overwhelmed by the changes you are going through. Feelings are not reality. They are not danger. If you need to, speak to a counselor. No shame in that. Good luck.
