ClubBeen off the fags for nearly 2 years now. Fucking hard work it was too, don't let any smug bastard tell you its easy!
Get through the first 3 days and your doing well, get to 7 days and your looking good, get to 2 weeks and you are just about there.
And Kaol, giving up alcohol ... I gave up on the same day !!! Fucking hell I could murder a vodka and coke!
