@VDoor is a bit like doh-urr, but all as one syllable, and with the oh sound made at the front of the mouth and the r heavily pronounced.
Likewise, the phrase 'law and order' would be pronounced phonetically in Scots, without adding in extra rs where they don't exist and missing them when they do - 'lawr-an-aw-dah' in Southern British English.
