P_B...Couple of points, feel free to ignore 'em though!
The text has a pretty crisp edge, so the kinda blurry edge to the tit looks at odds with it. I'd go for a crisp edge on both.
Maybe drop the opacity on the tit-steam by 25%, and stick a 5-pixel gaussian blur on it.
