I'd say ask her out on a date.
But make sure it's the worst date EVER.
Make yourself seem as mental as possible. (I can give you lessons on this, if needed).
Oh, and make her pay for everything.
And maybe kill her pet, if she has one.
Then she'll stop bothering you.
