I make a CDevery time I go to a party or dinner with friends. I try to pick twenty tracks and new artists I think they'll be interested in and I generally hit the mark.
I used to have a bit of a reputation for my mix discs... then I disappeared up my own arse for a couple of years and stopped going to parties. Fortunately, just a couple of weeks ago I was invited to a do and worked my magic, and managed to push five new bands onto unsuspecting musos :)
