I lived in Kuala Lumpur for a whileand in one of the malls there was a sandwich shop.
They gave you a tray and you chose two slices of bread, then went along a Subway-like collection of dishes full of ingredients.
At the end, they weighed your sandwich and you paid by weight.
*goes all dreamy*
So yeah... moving on :)
