it is a fucked up situationI've been lucky I guess. only ever even stopped for speeding once (just before christmas) and they let me off.
but then, the place is fucked up anyway. the sister of a friend of mine got mugged at 4pm in daylight on a busyish street and no one did anything. people were watching from their cars...
