So I'm stuck at home...
...as the result of a botched dental nightmare. The neighbours have got builders in next door, banging away, so I think 'I'll drown out the noise by playing soem tunes.

But not just any old tunes, no. They have to be the coolest cuts known to humanity, so that the builders go away this evening and comment to their wives that "I 'eard some bangin' tunes today, pet", etc.

So I cue up some stuff, and the last one is off an 80's playlist, 'Liberator' by Spear of Destiny. At this point I get engrossed in some of the old QOTW responses, specifically Crackhouse's made-up film with Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan (http://www.b3ta.com/questions/films/post201924). So brilliant is this missive that I forget the music...

...until I finish reading, and laughing, at Crackhouse's stuff, and notice that 'Careless Whisper' seems to be blaring out at full blast.

I mean, I'm 40yrs old - when will I cease giving a shit about people thinking me tunes is cool?
