I think you're right.
I don't recall what she was charged with formally, but I think that the fact that she was exposed publicly for doing this and has since had to move repeatedly due to death threats and vandalism to her house is a good start on her punishment, at least. Hopefully Megan's parents will continue to ensure that wherever Lori Drew goes, people are aware of who she is.

Anyway, to prevent lawsuits, Myspace et al are being more careful about checking for TOU violations- hence their caution on Kristine's account being changed.
