My last sicknoteI was ill just before Christmas, with the nasty flu that was doing the rounds. On my sick note (only had one day off, was ill over the weekend), I described my symptoms as:
Fever, runny nose, balance problems, violent hallucinations.
My boss queried the balance problems, but said nothing about the violent hallucinations.
