I think anyone whoLooked out the window and said "Oh, it's snowed... I can't possibly go to work", without at least giving it a try should be stripped naked and hunted through the snow for sport.
As should anyone that complains about their "drive being blocked", when they live in a town, or "The roads are too icy" when they drive a 4x4.
