That's goodI like it when I'm not in a hurry, and you get a really honest operator who says "That's gonna be about an hour, luv..."
Then I can go and put the kettle on and relax for a while, instead of jumping about the house like that cat on the electric floor in 'Cat's Eye' for the next 45 minutes, mistaking every sound, and every flicker of the tv for the arrival of my taxi.
