I prefer the phraseCowboy up.
A friend of mine, who's in the Marines, uses it a lot. The last time he was told to 'Cowboy up' was before he drunkenly drove a nail through his scrotum and into a log.
I would point out the idiocy and massive homosexual undertones, but he's bigger than me.
