I know it sounds really stupid, but...
if you mix a teaspoon of Cider Vinegar into a glass of water and drink it every morning after your breakfast, it helps you to lose weight, seriously.
I have absolutely no idea why it does. Perhaps the acid in it slowly corrodes away your insides... but it works.
I've told lots of people to use it because it does such a good job.

So maybe you can do that, then you'll be able to eat more normal tastey stuff :)
