Weight watchers has worked for me before
the meals of theirs I bought were all used at the office for convenience. Surprisingly, they have one ice cream (I think it was the fudgecicle) that is really really good.

Most people in my area swear by either WW or South Beach to slim down. Of course, being in Texas.....we are in the south....where all foods are fried...even the diet food is deep fried, so you are talking about a population where what is considered a normal average weight is something your country would consider a bit too rotund. We like 'em fluffy. I think even the pillsbury dough boy is considered a sex symbol.
