Idon't have one of my own.
I do however, have a Japanese housemate who is stressing himself into an early grave over whether or not he can get a mortgage in this country.
He has a student visa, no job, and his fiance is in Japan and doesn't want to move to the UK. He's worrying over something thats never going to happen for him.
