Disappointed.Sorry to hear that. I went through the same thing in 2008.
The redundancy worked out OK for me. I got a huge pay off and immediate employment at more money.
But I feel for the rest of the people I worked with. many of them 50 something only skilled in the manufacturing industry, which is dying in this country.
Was it cutbacks that caused you to lose your job?
