dropping the bairn off at nursery, wife to work then to go and do some pleading at the bank. you know it makes sense. all will be cool.

and then i need to go and take some measurements and do some calulations... started a job on a 160yo house yesterday which, by 3pm had evolved and expanded (through what we found) to include replacement of 12 floor joists and the inclusion of some structural steel.
which means a lot more work for me, which means a lot more money! which is nice ;-)
