AlsoRIP Tony Wilson - who was a bit of a tosser but knew a good thing when he saw it and knew that Joy Division were just that.
One of the - "Do you remember where you where?" moments.
I was driving between Harrogate and Ripon when I heard that Wilson was dead, and I pulled over and had a bit of a cry remembering what he'd been to my musical enlightenment.
