I know.I'm talking about having the choice, not forcing it on every thread. Why can't we have a checkbox when we start a new thread that gives us a choice? That way, long HSH threads can stay linear but other threads have the choice when they're created. I think it'd allow more fluid conversation on shorter threads. Often, I'd like to comment or respond to something further up a thread, but the conversation's moved on and the chance's been missed.
