@ cackers- i must point out that we're not living in the house at the moment...that would be madness!! it's not a big house by any means but the plan was always to maximise on the internal volume, squeezing function out of every little space...
we're planning on being there for a few years, to consolidate finances and enjoy being a family in a family home etc so everything has been done how WE want it, not necessarily bothering about re-sale. i'm doing everything to the highest standard cos it's all for my 2 precious darlings!!
