I have monkeysAnd I have trolleypushers.
I have the lame, the lazy, the lacklustre and the lunatic.
But of 300 (actually 287) I have about 150 who will work hard, use their initiative, do whatever is asked of them - and often do what ISN'T asked of them but needs doing - that keep the place running.
I've bemoaned the unpleasantness ahead of me before, but today, when we've been unusually busy but got the job done with very little direction required from me I feel very sorry for those whom I must let go.
