'ning allLab - I'm on O2 broadband. They're basically a wrapper on top of Be, and I pay £17ish a month for a rock-solid unlimited 20mbps in Warwick.
The £17 price is for peeps with O2 mobiles, which I'm assuming includes you given what your mobile is.
Edit: I signed up through www.quidco.com and got £70 cashback too.
