Parquet FloorIs basically posh laminate.
Inlaid wood.
Very in-keeping with Disappointed Manor which is a dilapidated, huge mid - Victorian terrace.
I can only just afford it at the moment. If I loose my job I can't afford it.
Edit - Halfy - buy NOW. My ex wife is an estate agent. We're on good terms and we went out earlier this evening.
The housing market is actually picking up again. She's as busy as she was five years ago. There are less mortgages available but they're on far better terms.
