HalfyIf you're happy then fine.
As I've said - I'm no expert - but I know experts.
The downside of property owning is that you might have to do a lot of work.
I bought Dis Manor 3 years ago for £92K. It was a wreck and other houses on the street were going for £180K.
I'm fairly good with DIY and downstairs - living room, dining room, kitchen - is now pretty superb.
But I've still got three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an attic to do.
It's not always easy.
