The problem with the two day working week planis these countries with their work ethics which wouldn't allow them to work so little as it would be dishonourable or something.
So they'd be producing at a huge rate compared to the likes of the UK, which I'm sure would be quite happy to sit on its collective arse for 5/7 of the time (plus holidays, of course). So the plan would only work if everyone obeyed the rules. And that would require some sort of UN resolution or the like. And enforcement of sorts.
Damn.
