So, on the one hand, a 13-year old boy is not the father of a baby (who looks older than he does...).

But, this leaves four other young troglodytes, none of whom are even old enough to have a GCSE, let alone work full time, but one of whom is the father.

And the mother is only 15 and has already had - if claims are to be believed - 7 sexual partners already.

I think the only mature response to this is:
