Gash
I guess Im in the minority here. I used to be a member through Tesco, and thought it was properly gash for one reason alone - probably 60% of the discs I received were scratched badly enough so they either wouldnt play at all or would freeze at certain points. I initially thought it was down to my cheapy asda DVD player being too fussy, so invested in a good one but it was no better.
Granted, all I had to do was send them back with a wee form ticked to say they were damaged, and I would get something else from my list, but the hassle involved spoiled it for me.
