I've got all the soundgarden albumsthe temple of the dog one, all three Audioslave albums, and his first two solo albums. There are moments of genius in all of them, and I love his voice, but there are some truly mediocre, in fact some shite songs on them too.
His solo stuff is bland by comparison to anything he does with real, talented bands.
