That's so difficult...I love Mexican food. Some well- made nachos, or burritos, enchilados, quesidillas... Mmmm!
Indian, Chinese, Thai, Malay, Kashmiri... Asian food does it for me.
Meat... I was a lifelong vegetarian until about four years ago, and I'm still on a meaty culinary journey and I don't want to get off :)
Cheese is great. Rice, pasta, salads, sandwiches, pies... man, I could go on forever.
How about you?
