Aw, VCpuberty just happens when it happens, everyone grows at different rates.
Although, I don't know why they should be sending you for either smears or mammograms yet. Unless they start you early in Oz?
It's 25 for smears here and, erm, about 50 for mammograms I think?
I wouldn't worry about being as developed as a 20 year old. I woke up one morning with boobs and hips (I was 13 too) and it scared the crap out of me till I realised that these were Good Things To Have especially when it came to Boys and Attracting Them.
