100g 4oz butter
75g 3oz golden syrup
75g 3oz soft brown sugar
225g 8oz rolled oats
Melt butter, sugar and syrup in a pan.
Stir in oats and mix well.
Spread in to a 8 by 12 inch swiss roll tin. (lined with baking parchment)
Bake at 180ºc (350ºF) for 30 mins.
