IQ-based inheritance taxReduce the number of idiots with powerful financial clout and influence by applying inheritance tax on a sliding scale.
You could allow people to keep the same inheritance as the number of IQ points they have over 100. i.e. less than 100 and they keep nothing. IQ of 140 and they keep 40%.
