Here's what I'd do
Massively hike the taxes on 4x4s that aren't needed for their offroad capabilities.
Stop paying benefits to non-working families if they consistently scrounge off the system. And take their massive LCD tvs.
Cap at a reasonable level the wages that council/parliament members get, and either get rid of or severely slash their 'allowances'.
Have all ticket touts set upon by rabid honey badgers, because the cunts bought all the NIN tickets within minutes, and have put them up on eBay for 2-3 times the face value.
