During a shit/depressing/tough day at workI play music, loudly (headphones, natch). And I headbang, drum my feet on the floor, and air drum.
In short, it looks like I flid out in the corner of the room. That brightens other people's days as well, but God forbid they laugh at me. I have a Nerf shotgun next to me to deal with any mockers.
