My Xbox 360 got the RRoD not long agoI'd had it for 16 months, so thought I was shit out of luck. Checking their site, it seems they extended the warranty for RRoD problems, so filled in the online forms. They emailed me a label to put on the box, and a number to call.
The next day a courier picked it up from my work, and five days later it came back, all working and with a months free Xbox Live time.
Great service.
