In the course of my workthe other day, I discovered that you can get anal plugs on prescription. The price from the medical suppliers was extortionate though... I pointed out that we'd be better off going to Ann Summers.
Also, I think you should deliberately order as much "sensitive stuff" as you can afford, just so your sister can open it. If carefully chosen you may scar her for life so she'll never open your parcels again.
